Pricing
All pricing is subject to applicable HST.  All catalogue pricing is subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in supplier costs, shipping, exchange rates and product availability.

Quotes
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the quantities, products and decoration details provided at the time of quoting. Changes to quantities, products, artwork or decoration may result in revised pricing. Any additional charges will be communicated for approval before proceeding.

Product Availability
All products, colours and sizes are subject to supplier availability. If an item becomes unavailable, Syco Life Co. will contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives. Substitutions will not be made without approval.

Minimum Quantities
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product, supplier and decoration method. Orders below the recommended quantity may be subject to additional setup, production or small-order charges.

Order Confirmation
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approval, including product style, colour, sizing, quantities, spelling, names, numbers, logos, decoration locations and pricing. Once approved, the order will be considered final and changes may not be possible.

Artwork and Proof Approval
Where applicable, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production. Proofs are intended to confirm design content, spelling, approximate sizing, placement and colour. Colours shown on screens or printed proofs may vary from the finished product.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork. Syco Life Co. is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof, including spelling, incorrect names or numbers, logo selection, placement or sizing.

Sizing
Sizing can vary between brands, styles and garment types. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate sizes before ordering. Size charts and garment sizers may be available for select products.

Custom-decorated garments cannot be exchanged or returned due to sizing or fit concerns. We strongly recommend confirming sizes before placing an order.

Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround times are estimates and begin only after all order details, artwork approvals, sizing and required payments have been received and the necessary products are available.

Typical turnaround is approximately 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Timelines may vary during busy seasons or due to supplier delays, backorders, shipping disruptions, equipment issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is required for a specific event or deadline, the deadline must be communicated and accepted by Syco Life Co. before the order is placed. Requested completion dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. Rush charges may apply to expedited orders.

Production Variations
Because decorated apparel is produced using manual and mechanical processes, minor variations may occur between items. Slight differences in print placement, embroidery placement, colour, texture, sizing or appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Garment dye lots may also vary slightly between production runs. Reorders may not be an exact match to previously supplied garments or decorations.

Personalized and Custom Products
All decorated, personalized, custom-made and special-order products are final sale once production has begun. These items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled unless they are defective or do not reasonably match the approved order.

Cancellations and Changes
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Once products have been ordered, artwork has been prepared or production has begun, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent that costs have already been committed.

Changes made after approval may result in additional charges and a revised completion date.

Payment
Payment terms will be outlined on the applicable quote or invoice. A deposit or full payment may be required before products are ordered or production begins. Completed orders may be held until all outstanding balances are paid.

Customer-Supplied Products
Decoration of customer-supplied garments or products is completed at the customer’s risk. Although every reasonable precaution is taken, Syco Life Co. cannot guarantee the performance of products that we did not supply.

Customer-supplied products may react unpredictably to heat, pressure, embroidery or other decoration processes. Syco Life Co. is not responsible for replacing the underlying item if damage occurs during normal decoration processes, except where the damage results from our failure to use reasonable care. Additional testing, setup or handling charges may apply.

Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with the garment and any additional instructions relating to the decoration. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, storage or general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Logos and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, names or other content, the customer confirms that they have permission to reproduce and use that material. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required approvals or licensing and agrees to be responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized use of submitted content.

Quality Concerns
Any concern regarding an order must be reported to Syco Life Co. within seven days of receiving it. Please include photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the concern and, where the product is confirmed to be defective or inconsistent with the approved order, determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

General
Placing an order with Syco Life Co. confirms acceptance of these terms. If the terms shown on an approved quote, invoice or order agreement differ from these general terms, the terms of the specific quote, invoice or agreement will apply.
